Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the services provided by StayReady Clean ("we," "us," or "our"), including our rental property and turnover cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via the contact information provided during booking.

All rental property cleaning requests must include accurate check-in dates, property details, and desired cleaning frequency. StayReady Clean relies on this information to schedule timely turnover services.

• Hosts must ensure our cleaning staff has unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If access is denied, blocked, or unavailable for more than 30 minutes, a lockout fee may apply.
• Utilities (water and electricity) must be active and available for our staff to properly complete the checklist cards.

We understand that rental guest schedules can be unpredictable. However, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our quick-turnover dispatch schedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

Our cleaning professionals exercise the utmost care while servicing your property. If damage occurs directly due to our negligence, we will partner with you to repair or replace the item.

StayReady Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage, standard wear and tear from rental guests, or damage resulting from faulty fixtures. Any existing damage found by our staff during a turnover will be documented and reported to the host immediately.
